PCOS Plug helps you find people and resources that focus on PCOS / PMOS. It's a starting point, not medical care.
Not medical advice
Everything on PCOS Plug is for general information and education. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and using the site doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship with anyone. Always talk with a qualified healthcare provider about your own health before you start, stop or change anything.
How providers get listed
We list a provider only when their own website says they work with PCOS / PMOS. We take that from what they publish about themselves.
A listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee. We don't check licenses, credentials, malpractice history, insurance, prices, availability or the quality of care. Please:
- Confirm details like insurance, hours and telehealth with the office before you book.
- Look up a provider's license with your state's licensing board if you'd like to double-check it.
- Trust your gut. You can always get a second opinion.
Info changes and mistakes happen. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
Featured listings
Providers can pay for a Featured listing. Featured listings are paid placements: they show up first in their area and are clearly marked. Paying never gets a provider listed. Featured or not, every provider has to meet the same rule above. Basic listings are always free.
Brands, partners and money
PCOS Plug is run by Cash Arroyo, a content creator. Some brands on the site work with Cash, and she may be paid by them or earn a commission from links. Those brands are marked Paid partner. Right now that includes ShedRx, which pays Cash for content.
Brands, books, podcasts and creators are here because we think they're worth knowing about. That isn't an endorsement of every claim they make.
Supplements
Supplement info on PCOS Plug is educational. The FDA doesn't approve supplements for safety or effectiveness before they're sold, and quality and doses vary a lot between brands. Supplements can interact with medications, including metformin, birth control and GLP-1s. Check with your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you're pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding.
Outside websites
PCOS Plug links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices or what they sell.
